Drink: Buffalo’s Milk

Muddle ginger, mint, sugar, and bitters in cocktail shaker. Liquor and ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.

  • 3/4 oz Lustau amontillado sherry
  • 3/4 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Earl Giles blueberry-thyme shrub

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the rums, orange juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and grenadine syrup. Shake for 30 minutes and strain into a tall, 8-ounce glass. Garnish with the orange wheel and serve.

Drink: Vieux Carre Cocktail

Place a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill. Into a mixing glass, measure the whiskey, Cognac, and vermouth. Add the Benedictine liqueur. Add both bitters, then fill the mixing glass halfway with ice. Stir with a barspoon until chilled. Strain into the chilled glass. Rub lemon twist around the rim of the glass, drop it in the cocktail, and serve.

Drink: Front Seven Cocktail

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Express the oil from a lemon peel over top of the drink and garnish with the peel on the ice, skin up.

  • 1 oz Slow Hand white whiskey
  • 1 oz Cynar
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters

San Francisco 49ers

Drink: Gold Rusher

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake until cold. Double-strain over a large hand cut chunk of ice into a rocks glass, and garnish with a mint sprig. (Ginger solution: Heat 1 part water in a small pot over medium heat. Add 1 part sugar and 1 part ginger juice, and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool before using).

  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ginger solution
  • 1/2 honey syrup (3:1 honey:water)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Seattle Seahawks

Drink: Emerald City

Pour all ingredients into ice-filled hurricane glass.

  • 8 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 4 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • 4 oz blue curacao
  • 1 splash sweet and sour mix
  • 1 splash Sprite

  • 1/2 pint lager
